Hello!
My name is Josh Minier, I attend Baldwin Wallace university and am studying Media Production with a minor in Communications and Visual Communication design. My passion is to capture the unique moments in people’s lives. I have experience over three years of experience with Videography, Photography, as well a multitude of roles at my school’s radio station. Through these experiences, I have learned, grew, and adapted to my surroundings to produce the best product I can.
I started my Videography Journey in sports, where football became my bread and butter. Soon I expanded into other fields, such as interviews, promotional videos, documentaries, and more. My love for videography landed me to explore photography, which I have used to take graduation pictures, couple pictures, and sports pictures.
As a junior at Baldwin Wallace, working for my school’s radio station, WBWC, has helped my media growth in ways I could not imagine. I started off as an on air host, where I would spin songs and follow a format. Then I accepted a job as the production director, where I made promos for the DJ shifts and edited specialty shows that our radio show produces. Then I got promoted to Operations Director, where I was in charge of managing four departments, overseeing the operations of the DJ’s, and leading meetings. Alongside my time at WBWC, I also called many sports games, including Football, Basketball, Lacrosse, and Baseball.
I still am learning and growing, but I am determine to get 1% every day and learn as much I can in college and beyond. I am excited to see what I create and learn, and I hope you all stick around to see what the future holds!
